Job Responsibilities
- Coordination of all facilities management activities for assigned projects involving maintenance, safety, and security
- Ensuring periodic maintenance and incidental repair works of assigned projects
- Coordination with contracted vendors, suppliers, repair and maintenance providers to ensure timely and accurate service
- Implementation and follow up of all standard work processes, documentations, operation control checks, employee evaluations in coordination with the management
- Arrangement of various events related to assigned project including organizing and coordinating departmental meetings, training session
- Preparing and reporting monthly status pertaining to finance required for maintaining departmental infrastructure and facilities
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduate
- Engineering Background will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Previous working experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
- Should be Hardworking, Self-motivated
- Computer literacy is mandatory
- Skilled in General maintenance
- Ability to work under extreme pressure
- Sincere, energetic and dedicated to work
