Job Context
BSL (Bay Services Ltd.) is a sister concern of Bay Developments Ltd. Bay Services Ltd. manages high-end residential and commercial buildings in Dhaka’s premier neighborhoods on behalf of condominium owners. With a team of around 400 professionals, BSL ensures the functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of the built environment by integrating people, places, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
Coordination
  • Act as Zonal Manager/Coordinator for assigned projects and zones.
  • Oversee the coordination of facilities management activities, including maintenance, security, and safety.
  • Maintain weekly coordination with BSL Management on site-level updates and critical issues.
  • Manage staff at project sites within assigned zones.
  • Ensure effective inter-zonal collaboration and conduct SWOT analysis.
  • Report anomalies and operational concerns to the BSL Oversight Subcommittee in collaboration with the Head of Department.
Operations Management
  • Supervise overall security for all existing and ongoing projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security status across projects.
  • Ensure execution of preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service partners.
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal controls.
  • Organize project-related events, team meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial and operational reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and accountability within the Security Core.
  • Promote administrative discipline and a positive office culture.
  • Supervise logistics support for the Security Core team.
  • Implement reward and disciplinary actions for Security Core staff.
  • Report security-related metrics and updates to the Head of BSL.
Staffing & Compliance
  • Recruit Security Managers (SM), Supervisors (SS), and administrative personnel for the Security Core.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support employee evaluation and performance tracking.
Additional Duties
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management or the Head of Facilities.
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, client services, or facility/property management.
  • Experience in building services, security coordination, or administrative leadership is highly preferred.
