Facilities Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordination of all facilities management activities for assigned projects involving maintenance, safety, and security of completed buildings
  • Ensuring periodic maintenance and incidental repair works of assigned projects
  • Coordination with contracted vendors, suppliers, and repair and maintenance providers to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Implementation and follow up of all standard work processes, documentations, operation control checks, employee evaluations in coordination with the management team
  • Arrangement of various events related to assigned project including organizing and coordinating departmental meetings
  • Preparing and reporting monthly status pertaining to finance required for maintaining departmental infrastructure and facilities

  • Minimum Graduate
  • Engineering Background will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    facilities management, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Should be Hardworking, Self-motivated
  • Computer literacy is mandatory
  • Skilled in General maintenance
